This Privacy Policy is intended for you, as a VISITOR to the meetmypsy.net, meetmypsy.com, meetmypsy.fr, meetmysophro.com, meetmysophro.fr, meetmycoach.org, meetmycoach.net, jedisnon.com, jedisnon.fr websites (hereinafter referred to as the “SITE”) and aims to inform you of how your personal information may be collected and processed by MEETMYPSY SAS.

Respecting your privacy and personal data is a priority for MEETMYPSY SAS (hereinafter referred to as “MEETMYPSY”), which is committed to complying with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the “French Data Protection Act” which incorporates the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (‘GDPR’) provisions in the existing Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties (only available in French here) (‘the 1978 Act’), which governs the protection of personal data.

MEETMYPSY is committed in all circumstances to respecting the following two essential principles:

• You remain in control of your personal data.
• Your data is processed in a transparent, confidential, and secure manner.  

Article 1: Definitions

• CLIENT: A user who has booked a SESSION with a THERAPEUTE on the SITE.
• ACCOUNT: The interface where all the user’s data is grouped (including civility, name, surname, date of birth, time zone, phone number, email address, and information related to upcoming or past sessions).
• IDENTIFIANT: The email address and password chosen by the USER during registration.
• THERAPEUTE: A psycho-practitioner, coach, or sophrologist registered on the SITE to offer and conduct sessions.
• SITE: The platforms accessible and published by MEETMYPSY.
• SERVICE(S): The technical services of connecting the THERAPEUTE with the CLIENT, offered by MEETMYPSY SITES, and the INFORMATION published by MEETMYPSY on the SITE accessible to all VISITORS.
• USER: Any adult VISITOR who registers on the SITE to access all the features offered by the SITE.
• VISITOR: Any person who accesses and navigates the SITE.

Article 2: Identity of the Data Controller

Your personal data is collected and processed by MEETMYPSY, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1,000, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number SIRET 89295602000028, and whose registered office is located at 49 rue des carrières – 92150 Suresnes – France. Article 4: Data Collection and Processing

Within the framework of operating the SITE, MEETMYPSY may collect personal data relating to VISITORS of its SITE. This data is processed in accordance with the purposes intended at the time of collection.

In particular, MEETMYPSY may collect personal data:

• When you browse the SITE
• When you use features and/or services offered on the SITE
• When you create and use your ACCOUNT
• When you book SESSIONS

Regardless of the method of collection, MEETMYPSY commits to informing you of the purposes of the processing, the mandatory or optional nature of the responses to be provided, the possible consequences of a failure to respond, the recipients of the data, the existence and methods of exercising your rights of access, rectification, and opposition to the processing of your data.  

When necessary under the French Data Protection Act, MEETMYPSY commits, as applicable, to obtain your consent and/or to allow you to object to the use of your data for certain purposes.

The data that may be collected and processed by MEETMYPSY for the purposes described in Article 5 of this privacy policy include:

• Identification data (civility, name, surname, date of birth, languages spoken, time zone, phone number, email address)
• Data related to the management and security of your ACCOUNT (identifiers, passwords)
• Connection data (IP addresses, connection logs)
• Data related to the payment of invoices: payment methods, discounts granted, receipts, balances, and unpaid amounts
• Data related to relationship tracking: account number, order number, invoices, information requests, history of exchanges with MEETMYPSY services

For CLIENTS:

• Identification data (civility, name, surname, date of birth, languages spoken, time zone, phone number, email address)
• Data related to the management and security of your ACCOUNT (identifiers, passwords)
• Connection data (IP addresses, connection logs)
• Data related to the payment of invoices: payment methods, discounts granted, receipts, balances, and unpaid amounts
• Data related to relationship tracking: account number, order number, invoices, information requests, history of exchanges with MEETMYPSY services

For THERAPEUTES:

• Identification data (civility, name, surname, date of birth, languages spoken, nationality, time zone, complete postal address, phone number, email address)
• Data related to professional competence (diplomas, training, certifications, experiences, distinctions, publications, as well as data related to the specialties they wish to display on their public MEETMYPSY profile)
• Data related to the management and security of your ACCOUNT (identifiers, passwords)
• Connection data (IP addresses, connection logs)
• Data related to the payment of invoices: payment methods, discounts granted, receipts, balances, and unpaid amounts
• Data related to relationship tracking: account number, order number, invoices, information requests, history of exchanges with MEETMYPSY services

IMPORTANT:

MEETMYPSY does not collect any health data.

Article 5: Purposes of Processing

Your various data is collected to ensure:

• The management of USERS (CLIENTS, THERAPEUTES) and the commercial relationship (ACCOUNT management, commercial management, invoice management, relationship tracking with USERS)
• The proper functioning and continuous improvement of the SITE, its services, and its features
• The management of requests for the right of access, rectification, and opposition
• The management of unpaid amounts and litigation
• The development of statistics aimed at improving the functioning of the SITE and the quality of services
• MEETMYPSY may also use this data for legal and/or regulatory purposes.

In any case, MEETMYPSY commits to processing all collected data in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and with the declaration of its processing to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

Article 6: Consent

When opening or managing your ACCOUNT on the SITE, you fill out various forms and communicate different personal data concerning you to benefit from all the services offered by MEETMYPSY.

By spontaneously communicating your personal data, you expressly consent to this data being collected and processed by MEETMYPSY for the purposes that are brought to your attention.

As a VISITOR, you consent to your connection data to the SITE being collected to facilitate your navigation.

Article 7: Recipients of Data

Only the persons mentioned below will have access to USER data:

• The persons from the various MEETMYPSY services responsible for operating the SITE (particularly in the context of connecting CLIENTS and THERAPEUTES, managing the USER relationship, and processing orders)
• The persons responsible for the various controls carried out against MEETMYPSY (both external and internal to the company)
• If applicable, the THERAPEUTES of MEETMYPSY for conducting SESSIONS
• Persons working for the SITE as subcontractors of MEETMYPSY (the Payment Service Provider allowing USERS to make secure online payments for the services offered on the SITE, the technical and IT service providers responsible for hosting and maintaining the SITE, the accounting firm responsible for MEETMYPSY’s accounting) as long as the contract signed with the subcontractors and MEETMYPSY mentions their obligations regarding data protection and security, while specifying the security requirements.

Your data is not exchanged, sold, or rented.

Article 8: Data Retention Period

MEETMYPSY commits to ensuring that the collected data is stored in a form that allows your identification for a period that does not exceed the duration necessary for the purposes for which this data is collected and processed.  

In general, your identification data, as well as professional data, is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and until the USER requests to delete their ACCOUNT.

Your personal data cannot be stored beyond the contractual relationship, except for certain archived data in accordance with applicable provisions (particularly those provided for by the French Commercial Code, Civil Code, and Consumer Code), when their conservation is necessary for establishing proof of a right or a contract or for complying with a legal obligation.

No banking data is collected by MEETMYPSY. Banking information is processed securely through the payment provider STRIPE.

Article 9: Your Rights

It is recalled that, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the “French Data Protection Act”, as amended by the law of 6 August 2004, you have a right of access, rectification, updating, locking, or erasure of personal data concerning you that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited.

You may also object, for legitimate reasons, to your personal data being subject to the processing we implement.

Justifying your identity and a legitimate reason when required by law.

In case of communication of a copy of an identity document to justify your identity, we will keep it for one (1) year, and three (3) years when this communication is made in the context of exercising a right of opposition.

Article 10: Connection Data and Cookies

MEETMYPSY uses connection data (date, time, internet address, device protocol of the USER, page consulted) on its SITE, particularly through the “Google Analytics 4” module, to track statistical information and constantly improve its services. You can object to the recording of cookies by modifying your browser settings.

In any case, the information stored in your terminal or any other element used to identify you for audience statistics purposes is not kept for more than one (1) year. Beyond this period, the raw attendance data associated with an identifier is either deleted or anonymized.

Article 11: Security

MEETMYPSY respects the French Data Protection Act regarding the security and confidentiality of your data.

As such, MEETMYPSY takes the necessary precautions, considering the nature of your data and the risks presented by our processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication process of our clients with personal and secure access via confidential identifiers and passwords, encryption of certain data, etc.).
